New UPG with CAMWorks 2013 SP1.0

CAMWorks 2013 SP1.0, has an  updated  Universal Post Generator (available here). This update fixes the Y-axis orientation issue that was present in the prior release. The updated UPG ensures backward compatibility and, hence, old posts will compile with no changes needed.
